Current Bariatric Patients
Patients undergoing Bariatric Surgery at Surgical Solutions Network and SmartShape Weight Loss Centre BEFORE November 1st, 2024.
The AfterCare Program was included in your SSN weight loss surgery price.
The bariatric nutrition educator support will be transitioned over to LMC HealthCare as of November 1st, 2024 with the same bariatric nutrition educators from Surgical Solutions Network and SmartShape Weight Loss Centre that you are used to! Your care plan and aftercare appointment schedule will continue with no interruptions.
You will still have access to the AfterCare Program for 5 years following your surgery date.
New Bariatric Patients
Patients undergoing Bariatric Surgery at Surgical Solutions Network and SmartShape Weight Loss Centre AFTER November 1st, 2024.
The cost of the AfterCare program was not included in your weight loss surgery price.
The AfterCare program will be an additional cost and will be managed by LMC Healthcare.
