You will receive support from our team of Registered Dietitians at LMC Healthcare to help lose the weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle for 5 years after your surgery date. Our AfterCare Program can be accessed virtually by patients anywhere in Canada!

Our AfterCare Program Overview

LMC’s AfterCare Program is a comprehensive weight loss surgery post-operative program and includes:

• Education and support provided by our team of Registered Dietitians for 5 years after your weight loss surgery.
• Regular virtual appointments with one of our Registered Dietitians to meet your specific needsand to help you succeed in behaviour, dietary, and lifestyle changes.
• You will benefit from judgement-free, personalized guidance and support to help you overcome challenges, achieve your health goals, and build confidence in yourself.
• Comprehensive educational resources focusing in key topics important after surgery.
• Access to Specialty Workshops on hot topics in nutrition and lifestyle.
• Ongoing access to the LMC AfterCare Program for as long as you need after the 5-yearprogram. You'll have the option of enhancing or extending your AfterCare membership beyond 5 years. Additional fee will apply.
