Please see below our variety of AfterCare Program packages to help you reach your weight loss goals. We believe in a 5-year AfterCare Program from your surgery date. Whether you have had surgery recently or within the past 5 years, we are able to offer you a comprehensive program based on where you are at in your aftercare journey.

Please note if you are a current patient of Surgical Solutions Network and Smartshape Weight Loss Centre and paid for your surgery as of November 1st, 2024, the AfterCare Program was included in your weight loss surgery price. You do not need to purchase a new package.
